She followed the plan we made and had incredible communication throughout the process. We had 89 groups through 2 opens. She contacted ALL of those groups and got the sale done - very quickly, and we're so happy with the price. Her fee was low and we couldn't be happier with the result, the approach, the process, and the communication. Wish I could give her 7 stars.

Wayne did an outstanding job from beginning to end. From discussing the selling strategy and why, to the preparation and assistance to present the property for sale/auction, to contacting us daily with updates, to auction day, where he phoned us so we could hear the auction (interstate sellers). He sourced a lot of bidders for the auction. He was always professional, friendly, approachable and we felt very comfortable with Wayne.
