But we need not have worried, Katie took us through the process in a respectful, considered, honest way, hearing our concerns and our desires about potential buyers (our 10 hectares has 7 hectares covenanted). We always knew what was happening and why. Even the process of removing furniture etc while exhausting it was clear what she was trying to achieve and what would help sell the house.
