Rikki-Lee Day has excellent communication skills, understood the market, managed the viewings and buyers and kept me informed at every step.

Buying a new home and moving on my own in my 50s was exciting but daunting. Rikki-Lee and Denise worked together to help me to feel comfortable and confident in finding the right property. Their knowledge of the local market and Stroud as a place to live was incredibly reassuring. The end result is that I am now settled in my own home, in this beautiful village that I hadn't really even considered before friends recommended I get in touch with R & R Property Group, and Rikki-Lee and Denise in particular. I highly recommend them :)

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our home through Baylee. Right from the start, she made the entire process seamless and comfortable. Communication was easy, and she was always incredibly flexible whenever we needed to arrange extra viewings or requested more details about the property. Baylee's deep knowledge of the local area gave us total confidence in our decision. We couldn't have asked for a better agent to guide us through buying our home, highly recommend!

Baylee, was very helpful and her communication style and negotiation skills brought our sale forward to a pleasing result selling our much loved family home called “Rose Ella”in Dungog.
