My sister and I had no idea how to sell our deceased parents house but Peter made it very easy for us. His knowledge guided us through every step of the process and he was always available by phone to answer any questions we had. Peter is very personable and put us at ease the minute we met him. We would definitely recommend Peter to anyone selling a property.

Selling and buying real estate is always stressful but selling our deceased parents 70 year old home was also emotional. Peter made the process so much easier. With one and a half hours notice, Peter arrived at the first meeting my sister and I had with him, armed with a bound file of sales in the area, trends, details of our property and a strong knowledge of the current market. His attention to detail continued throughout the campaign. I am interstate but I was kept up to date via phone meetings and individual phone calls. He was quick to respond to any queries or concerns and went above and beyond to resolve any issues. Peter acted throughout the campaign with empathy and the highest integrity. We would have no hesitation in recommending Peter. We couldn’t have worked with anyone better. The whole process was seamless.

What a simply wonderful experience getting to meet, get to know and purchase a property through Peter Church. Not only was his local knowledge fantastic, he communicated with me throughout the process, and went out of his way to assist where and when he could. This is not the first house we have purchased, or the first agent we have met. Peter Church is by far the best agent to deal with we have ever met and makes the daunting and stressful prospect of buying or selling an absolute joy. Thank you Peter from everyone in our family.
