Leearna was responsive and professional in communication. However, I experienced some frustration regarding transparency. After my request to use one property photo for rental advertising before settlement, I was told the vendor did not consent. I later confirmed directly via the vendor’s conveyancer that consent had been given. When the listing went live, I was contacted and asked to remove it despite having that approval. While the sale completed successfully, I would have appreciated clearer and more accurate communication.

Brenton was super helpful from start to finish. He made the time to meet us at the property even on weekends, explained everything clearly, and supported us through the building, pest, and plumbing checks. Sarah was spot on with her appraisal, with the property selling at the higher end of the advertised price. When she came down sick on the day she was due to show the property to the purchaser, she arranged another for another agent to attend in her absence, with a successful bid made soon after. All the paperwork was done by DocuSign which was very convenient and she was great at communication throughout the process. Her professionalism, combined with her positive and bubbly personality made the whole experience very easy. I would very happily recommend her to anyone selling their property.
