After a short period testing the market in a low-profile way without much response, we threw it open to full on marketing and open homes, resulting in three well negotiated offers, with the most attractive resulting in the successful sale of my home. Colin negotiated every single step of the process extremely well and I would highly recommend him and his teams services, to everyone seeking an exceptional Real Estate experience. Selling my home of 21 years was a huge undertaking and I am so grateful for the very positive experience Colin's services provided me with, removing much of the stress out of the process for me.

John displayed excellent knowledge of the real estate in our area and is very polite and professional. He is easy to talk to and whatever we requested he endeavoured to do promptly. Nothing was too much trouble. Overall we are extremely happy with all our dealings with John.
