When I was searching for an agent I had the ideal in mind, looking for an agent with experience selling in our area, type of property and capable of profiling the ideal buyer, I read positive reviews and saw that Jarrah had sales of properties similar to ours and in our greater area. When I met Jarrah and showed him my property, told him my history with the property, he was very receptive and gave me a sense of confidence with him straight away. He complimented me on the work I had put into the property and had showed empathy with the effort required by an owner to get a property ready for the market. Jarrah took note of everything I had told him and at the end of the meeting/inspection said he would like to go away and do some research and come back to me with his results. Jarrah got back to me very quickly with examples of other properties he had sold and suggested who the most likely buyer would be and said that he had the best results by listing a property with a price range rather than just a price. Again I felt confident with Jarrah’s opinion and advice. His mannerisms were professional and down to earth. During the process of potential buyers viewing the property Jarrahs communication back to me prior to viewings and directly after was excellent, giving me clear indications of the potential of receiving an offer or not, he had profiled the ideal buyer and before too long suggested this buyer was just around the corner. And he was right, he informed me of a viewing he had arranged with a potential buyer that matched exactly what Jarrah had profiled, very quickly we received an offer at the low end of the price range, I gave Jarrah my minimum acceptable offer and he returned with an offer above my expectation with a very quick settlement, the whole experience, process, communication with the agent and team was amazing and I happily will refer any friend or family member to Jarrah for their property sale requirement.
