You can tell by the buyers short time decision making to offer and close the deal when i agrees, that the pre-decision made thru their communication skills both to buyers and sellers side are efficient, and correct to follow. And as i said, their recommendation to who to outsource to such as cleaners, styling, painting, Plumer, electrician etc. are great to work with and guarantee job done.
