We picked Josh by looking at agents that had sold properties in our area as we were an hour or so out of Perth. We were super impressed when he came all the way down early one morning to value our house, before his home opens that were back in the metro area. Josh is very knowledgeable, everything about the company was professional, and gave us all the information we needed in the booklets he left us. He explained the process and then we proceeded with home opens. We always felt that Josh genuinely cared about our property sale and it was almost like he was a part of the family when we saw him every week. It took about six weeks to sell our home which was fantastic and throughout the whole process Josh was available to answer questions and the office staff (shout out to Donna) were also very helpful. It's quite a rollercoaster of emotions and they were always there to put our minds at ease. We can't thank them all enough.
