Between the two of us we have bought and sold a variety of houses over the years. The inquiries were varied in nature as you would expect for this style property. Sam handled them in her stride. The thing we liked best however was that we worked as a team, us as the vendor, and Sam as the agent. All strategies were talked through and then analysed and adjusted. Sams level of communication was of the highest level. She kept us informed along the way, alerting us to buyer questions, buyer feedback as well as the variety of buyers looking at the property. She is certainly very thorough in discussing potential buyers requirements. It is also worth noting that her extensive real estate experience was a huge help overall. She has been selling in this region for many years. Her knowledge of regional pricing is excellent.
