Sams level of communication was of the highest level. She kept us informed along the way, alerting us to buyer questions, buyer feedback as well as the variety of buyers looking at the property. She is certainly very thorough in discussing potential buyers requirements. It is also worth noting that her extensive real estate experience was a huge help overall. She has been selling in this region for many years. Her knowledge of regional pricing is excellent.
