Anik, I can't thank you enough for your kindness, patience and calm in getting a very stressed buyer through this time. Just knowing you were on the other end doing your best to get things happening with the vendor’s conveyancer, and knowing that you were on site on settlement day waiting to do the exchange took a huge weight off my mind!!
