Nick was available as often as I needed him to be. He went on holidays and he was still available. His knowledge of the area, his experience and expertise in real estate, meant I felt like I was in very, very, very, safe hands. Nick is the kind of guy you want on your side. He’s respectful, tenacious, and an all round nice guy. He achieved a price we thought might be out of range: my unrenovated apartment sold for more than a renovated apartment two floors up with a better aspect!He was positive the whole way through. Nick sold two of our properties in 2025 and did a great job on both. Nick is the hardest working agent I know. The last sale was a slow one for a few reasons but Nick never gave up and finally got us a sale price with which we were happy, notwithstanding it was lower than we wanted (often the case, right). Nick’s care factor is through the roof as is his absolutely genuine desire to get the best price for a property. I whole-heartedly recommend Nick for any realestate sale. We've sold a lot of properties, and Nick was the standout best agent we’ve dealt with.

Everything was articulated to me very clearly and at every point in the process, I was consulted with to make sure he got the best outcome for me. Ended up getting me the higher end of what I wanted, and I felt that my interests were always at the forefront of his mind when going into bat for me. I rented my property with the team at Quakers Hill for 14 years (with Lyndell and Sandy) and both were always super quick on email replies and efficient with executing any action required. Would definitely work with them again, and I always recommend them to any friends/family looking to sell/buy/rent in the area.
