I can highly recommend Mark as the agent to sell your home. I had other agents appraise my property but was disappointed in their negative approach to my property's value. Unlike Mark who had a positive vibe & straight forward recommendations to get a better price. He also is not a up-him-self agent. Just a decent bloke.
