Kerrie was pleasant to deal with, although at a critical time in the building report / inspection process I found her very hard to contact. It was also disappointing that she did not follow up with commitments she had made to us, relating to items that needed to addressed by the vendor.

Jonathan was great to deal with. His patient, calm and kind manor mad me feel at ease while buying my first property. He didn't force me into anything or hide anything, he just guided me and helped me with any questions I had along the way.
