Finally, during the pre-settlement inspection he provided us with information that may have caused a delay in settlement, but he was able to convince the buyers to settle without any further cost to ourselves. Benjamin is a very enthusiastic, committed Agent who we would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone wanting to sell their property and he would certainly be our first choice if we were selling a property in the future.
