Our first impression of Lilian was of a positive and professional agent and our impression was grossly underestimated. On our first meeting Lilian's presentation was detailed and selling price expectation higher than other agents interviewed. The property went on the market before Christmas and although much interest no sale immediately. However meetings with Lilian and Andrew provided us with marketing analysis to assure us that we would sell for the anticipated advice.
