Agencies in Central Coast

Dear Kylee, just need to say how grateful and appreciative we are for your kindness, expertise and patience during our selling experience. Selling our family home was always going to be emotional. Thanks to you we have felt absolutely comfortable and totally informed through the process and so much more relaxed than I ever thought possible. You smiling friendly approach is so endearing. But your ability to communicate and knowledge of your industry is second to none. I would like to again thank your amazing team around you they are an absolute credit to you and Eden. Buying and selling at the same time was always going to be challenging - but we got there. Tomorrow is our moving day - we are ready for all our new adventures. It gives me great pleasure to recommend Kylee Jones and One Agency at Wyoming. They "know their stuff"!!

Kylee's market knowledge was extensive, accurate and honest. Her dealings at all stages of the sale of our property with both my husband and I, and the buyers, was professional, honest and respectful. It was obvious from the onset that we were working with a competent and passionate real estate agent, that was an outstanding representative of the profession.

I first purchased this property from Kylee more than 10 years ago and she was the first person I thought of when deciding to sell my property. Kylee is very knowledgeable in the Real Estate market and knew exactly what market we were looking at when selling our property. She achieved a better outcome than what we had expected and her communication throughout the whole process could not be faulted. Kylee and her son Ethan were a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend them to any buyer or seller.
