Agencies in Gold Coast - Tweed Heads

When initially interviewing for an agent, we were impressed with Anthony's and Tina's honesty and long term knowledge of a very competitive real estate market. A seller really only discovers the professionalism and capability of their agent if issues arise, and there were some, of a bureaucratic nature. In no way did these issues affect the determination, positivity and regular communications of our agents. Their determination was unwavering. After a longer period than expected, Anthony achieved a very satisfying outcome for us and the buyer. Anthony's calm and respectful manner was of benefit to both seller and buyer. We are in no doubt we would not have received this dedication from many other agents and feel fortunate to have chosen Performance Realty. We highly recommend Anthony and Tina.

Anthony went above and beyond for us to make our Friday afternoon settlement happen when a bank glitch almost stopped us settling before the weekend.

Her communication skills were excellent, she always followed up on any questions or problems that arose she persuaded us to make an offer much to our surprise they accepted. We are very happy, and would recommend her to anyone looking to buy .

Jem Rabadia is an absolute standout. She has now sold two properties for us. Bright, energetic and extremely professional, Jem’s communication is exceptional and nothing is ever too much trouble. She handles every detail, keeps you informed at all times, and works tirelessly for her clients. Her passion, commitment and results speak for themselves. Highly, highly recommended.

Hendrik made my fiancé and myself feel comfortable and assured throughout the process of purchasing our home. Each point of contact felt intentional and genuine to aid both us and the sellers through the steps required of obtaining the best outcome for all parties. We highly recommend Hendrik for anyone who's seeking a professional yet personal hand in their next purchase.

Hendrik and Lisa are a fantastic team, they took ownership keeping us informed from the start to the end. They made the process simple explaining all the relevant documentation and reasoning. Their dedication to excellence resulted in a fast sale with good outcomes. My wife and I are very satisfied.

Paul was absolutely fantastic to deal with through the entire sales process. He sold us the property originally, is a long term local, and knows the area extremely well. He advised us well regarding price expectations and delivered! We sold the property at a good price within faster timeframe than we had hoped. Overall could not recommend Paul more highly - local knowledge, integrity, and great communication!

We would highly recommend Paul as an agent. He was very professional and knew the market well. He was easy to communicate with and had integrity with the sale and negotiations of the house we brought. He always kept us up to date with what was going on and was punctual with responding to questions and queries. Our family is very happy with the house he sold us and we were very happy dealing with Paul.
