Our greatest concern was finding the right agents to represent us; we had heard lots of negative comments about the self-interest and dishonesty of agents generally, so we determined that we would interview agents who were active in our area and go with our ‘gut.’ We had only met with a couple of agents when we serendipitously discovered ‘the boys.’ From our first meeting, we felt comfortable; that they understood our situation and that they were committed to working to get us the best possible outcome. ‘The gut’ felt right with them from the beginning. And it wasn’t long before we felt their commitment and passion for their work and for their sellers. Their work ethic is amazing: we had inspections throughout the week and on weekends! Open homes/inspections can be testing for the seller but Charlon and Marc’s positive, enthusiastic and supportive manner made it so much easier. The boys never pressured us. They gave sound advice that they could back up with knowledge and experience and were always consultative. They are both genuine and sincere and really went the extra mile to support us through some personal challenges we faced. And what about the outcome?
