Mashelle has lived in this area for a number of years and was very helpful regarding the benefits of living here. What is available and where to go

We have had a investment house on the Gold Coast for 10 years, during that time we have used three Real estate agents to manage the property. During 2017 we changed agents to PRD, this change was fantastic. We received great customer care and a real personnel approach from Justin, he was always contactable even if it was a simple SMS to answer a question. Justin strives to find the best result for our property, his knowledge of the market provides strong recommendations and allows the clients to make informed decisions. If you are looking for a real estate that looks after their clients and your investment property then you can rest assured that Justin Johnson is the right person.

Samantha was a sales agent I could trust and rely on. She was genuine and knowledgeable from our first discussion about the sale. Her knowledge on the market, guided my listing price - resulting in a sale above asking within a week. She was prompt and continued to keep myself and the buyers excited and took the stress away. She helped with styling and tips for the photos so they turned out better than I imagined. I was traveling during the sale and she continued to work hard to reach me when urgent and kept my parents in the loop for me. There was no question too silly and she was clear when explaining processes to me as I’ve never sold before. There were a few items on building and pest and she worked hard for quotes and getting everything sorted. If you’re looking for a sales agent you can trust, who is genuine and will work hard - then I highly recommend Samantha.
