I have purchased and sold many homes and found Julie O'Callaghan to be the best Realtor we have ever worked with both buying and selling. I have known her for 5 years and she is always so pleasant, efficient, thorough and brought us a much higher sale price than other agents had suggested. Her many years of great contacts and knowledge in the Gold Coast and Brisbane markets is amazing and she is available day and night to update the status of the deal. I can highly recommend her without reservation and wish her well in a very competitive industry. Sincerely, Rhonda Weed

I would have no hesitation in recommending Julie to anyone. She was honest, helpful and really went to great lengths to make sure everything during the sale to us went without any problems.

I had tryied sell my property through different agent because they offered me cheaper commission but unfortunately they couldnt get me the rate i wanted then i went to the same person back who got me the property which is this smart and hard working lady ms.julie. She proved me that experience and customer relation ship wins by bringing right price and finishing the deal so quicly. I realized cheap offers wasted my 60 days with no result.thanks julie and i will definitely recommend her to all my friends in future, which i am already doing
