3,073 real estate agents in Gold Coast - Tweed Heads

From the first time that I met Julie she put my mind at ease regards the sale of my Dad’s property. Her advise & guidance was invaluable during the whole process. This was a particularly hard sale for Julie as she had never sold a property in a retirement village before. To make matters worse the scheme operator in the village was extremely rude and aggressive throughout the whole process to the point of scaring prospective buyers away.Julie remained cool, calm and collective however and acted with the utmost professionalism.I honestly believe a real estate agent with less experience than Julie would have walked away but Julie assured me that we would get a satisfactory outcome and really put my mind at ease.Gemma,Julie’s assistant also don’t a lot of research regarding the property and done a fantastic job of getting all of the paperwork in order. If I was ever to relocate back to the Gold Coast,I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Julie to ask for her opinion and advice.I can honestly say to anyone that’s thinking of selling or buying a property on the Gold Coast to contact Julie Connell-she is passionate about her job and genuinely wants the best outcome for her clients whether they be selling or buying a property.

I talked with a couple of agents before appointing Mike, but from the start he was honest and upfront, and in regular contact to keep us updated. I can imagine he connects very well with potential buyers too - he's relatable and not 'sales-ey'. Would definitely use him again for our next purchase or sale.
