Kevin has been superlative in terms of the level of customer service with our recent purchase of a property through him. He was easy to deal with and has gone the extra mile in terms of communicating with the overseas-based vendors and assisting in the smooth negotiation of a sale that mutually suits both vendors and buyers. We were so pleased with Kevin that we have signed him on to manage the property that we have just purchased through him.
