I recently bought a property Wharf St Surfers Paradise from Pattie. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Patti is knowledgeable responsive and genuine who really cared about us. She was always available to answer questions and provided thorough information about the property. She guided us through the processwith proffesionalism and commitment..This made the whole process very enjoyable no stress. I highly reccomend Patti to anyone looking for an honest dedicated real estate agent . Thanks Patti

People don't know me but I like honesty and concise information ie no bullshit kind of gal. Pattie supplied concise, to the point, information. Kept me informed with the progress of potential buyers and all aspects of advertising. Gave a clear vision of each step of the process from obtaining a buyer, advertising options, to information that was required etc. She was expletory with all aspects of communication and the efforts she made with contacting potential buyers. The process for me was smooth, easy, and I never once felt stressed. Pattie handled everything, including the stress. Please, if want a stress free, informed, easy sale of your property, Pattie would be my number one choice. Gratitude beyond words. Thanks Pattie.
