What Debra said about the achievable price and how long our property would take to sell was spot on. The initial advice that Ryan provided was professional and certainly helped in the preparation of the property for sale. Ryan had ready access to service providers (e.g. trades) and work was able to be completed in a short timeframe so there was no delay in the selling process.
