We were very impressed with Benjamin and his work ethic to deliver as promised a quick sale at a fair price. We had decided to go with another Agent; however, Benjamin's persistence (not pushy) and enthusiasm convinced me to give him a go at selling our property. He indicated that he may already have a buyer for the property and whilst I may have been slightly skeptical that he was using this as a ploy for me to choose him as our Agent, he actually delivered and a couple looked at the house within a couple of days of signing our contract.
