Christie was great at organising early private viewings and helping the vendors assemble the documents required for the contract. Kept us up to date with things as the sale progressed and facilitated a quick and satisfactory price negotiation. Lacked a little knowledge of the property - possibly explained by our inspections happening prior to the planned 1st open home.

My wife and I were looking for a place to purchase and had been to so many open houses. One of which was an open house that Craig was managing. After taking the time to sit down and chat with us candidly, Craig narrowed down our search and really listened to what we were looking for now and in the future. Land tax amounted to over $5000 on my property and the purchaser did not want to have allowance made for it on settlement. Craig offered to pay half to get the settlement completed
