If you’re looking for a solid transaction, with someone that will work incessantly hard for you and engineer a solid outcome where both parties are happpy, Jamie is your man. I engaged Jamie as a BA when I first bought an investment property. Then I engaged him again 14 years later to sell it. I didn’t want to spin bullshit to anyone, and Jamie won’t. He got a fair price for a decent property without having to get in the gutter which he would never do. Hard work is better than slimy spin. If I ever need to transact property again, either as a buyer or as seller, I wouldn’t consider anyone else.
