Tina was great to deal with on a recent sale. She was clear and quick in her communication, so I always knew where things stood. She was efficient at every step and advocated strongly for her vendor throughout, while staying professional and easy to work with. We met with 3 agents before putting our house on the market and Joseph was by far the loveliest and the most enthusiastic, but just as importantly, if not more, had done research about our property and new the market in our area. He came fully prepared with printed materials explaining various plans and cost structures and we were impressed by his passion and knowledge.
