Michael sold my one-bedroom unit in Belmore, NSW. I found him very trustworthy and a great communicator. We were worried about the market heading downwards, and he was clear about the fact that it might be tough. However, he worked hard and managed to sell the unit for what I feel is a good price, given the market is not great. In the end, it didn't actually take too long to sell the unit. I think it sold in around three weeks. I would definitely recommend Michael Sabongi as an agent if you want to sell your property.

They mostly presented similar plans for selling the property and were realistic about the likely value of the property (consistent amongst all four). Ahmad stood as being more enthusiastic about the process, supported by ideas (e.g. Social Media engagment), that made him stand out from the rest. Once selected, Ahmad ably supported by William; kept us regularly informed of progress throughout the process leading to Auction. With weekly indepth reports and more regular briefings in between. Most of the Open for Inspections were very well attended (weekdays close to 10 & Saturdays often over 20). Come Auction day, we had 6 registered bidders and in addition many more attendies (neighbours etc) all enjoying a Barista coffee before the Auction commenced. It was a great result for us, well above reserve. I heartly recommend Ahmad to any considering selling their property.

The result was great for us, and great for the wonderful buyers who were so so happy with their purchase.
