Through his communication style he showed genuine care with supporting me with selling my home. He understood the stress and anxiety of selling. John knows how to relax people through laughter. John would regularly make a phone call to check on me. This was appreciated especially when a severe and violent storm hit Bribie Island on 24/11/26.
