At the date of closing of expressions of interest, we had three offers. two were subject to the sale of their existing property and one was subject to finance. Helen and Madeline negotiated with the later potential buyer who increased their offer by $25,000. We accepted this offer and the property settled four weeks later. Seling your home is an emotional and stressful process. We are grateful that Helen and Madeline made this process much easier to deal with.
