John went above and beyond. Although the property was being sold AS IS, John allowed prospective buyers to arrange building inspections prior to progressing offers. After settlement, John also provided a lead for prospective tenants and Semple Property Group was generous in providing a gift when I collected the keys which was such a great touch of kindness when they are working for the seller and not the buyer. John was open and transparent throughout the process

We were both novices to the whole process and John was able to lead us through the minefield, explaining with transparent clarity the complexities of the selling process.
