Mark was selling the house opposite & knew we were sellers within 12 months. A buyer had expressed interest in a larger property & Mark took the opportunity to introduce himself & ascertain if we were interested in an off market intro. 3 mths after we sold, no marketing costs, no staging cost and only 2 inspections with the same introduced buyer. Acted in both buyer & seller interests to bring the sale together, without a hard sell or compromise in price expectations. With his easy going nature, it made the whole process & interaction with the buyer pleasant and friendly.

Mark is the ultimate professional realtor. His knowledge of our local area and his communication is second to none. Mark kept us informed at all stages and was always looking to get the best outcome for us, which he certainly achieved! It was an absolute pleasure working with him to sell our home. Thank you Mark!

Mark Grljusich from Realty Plus HQ was the agent for our recent house purchase. Mark was fantastic to deal with. Very attentive and organised throughout the process, dealing with any issues promptly and ensuring all parties worked together to hit the deadline.

Lisa not only has a vast knowledge in the housing market, she has a professional yet personable nature that made selling our family home less stressful. Her negotiation skills are second to none and I have no qualms with recommending Lisa and her amazing team at GLC…

We had a great experience purchasing our home with Lisa. She’s knowledgeable, direct, and highly driven, and kept everything on track and moving forward. She was incredibly responsive and we always felt informed throughout the process. We’d happily recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their property.

We cannot thank Chantelle enough for the outstanding service she provided throughout the sale of our home and in helping us find our new home in the Baldivis area. From start to finish, Chantelle was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and always available to answer our questions. She made the entire selling process smooth and stress-free, keeping us informed every step of the way. Her dedication, attention to detail, and excellent communication gave us complete confidence throughout the journey. What truly sets Chantelle apart is that she didn’t just help us sell our house—she also went above and beyond to assist us in finding the perfect new home in Baldivis. Her genuine care, honesty, and commitment to our family’s needs made all the difference. We are incredibly grateful for everything Chantelle has done for us and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Thank you, Chantelle, for making this important chapter in our lives such a positive and memorable experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Chantelle was a pleasure to work with throughout the process of purchasing our first home. She showed us patience and was transparent and honest when communicating with us - which was really appreciated. She made sure that any concerns were promptly raised with the sellers and we felt comfortable knowing that she’d be able to answer any questions we had.

Once again, Lisa delivered a result that exceeded our expectations, both in price and overall execution. Her ability to enhance the property post-sale through strategic furnishing added significant value for the investor buyer, with a level of presentation that far outweighed the cost. The property was handed over in exceptional condition at settlement. As an experienced developer, we value agents who understand both sides of the transaction. Lisa operates at that level. We would work with her again without hesitation.

She demonstrated market knowledge and gave us advice as well. Lisa is a people person who goes out beyond her limits to help others make the right choices and decisions.
