John was very charismatic with a genuine interest in people, which ive found rare. My father was the seller and I was just helping. I've often found that people ignore me (or even contemptuous) in this situation, especially as I am usually casually dressed, but Jon was consistently friendly and helpful. While he did a good job it was very refreshing that it wasnt all about the hard sell.

I have only been in contact with Chris once, over the phone, where he had some somewhat unconsiderate words to try and push the sale of the property. Not impressed.
