Very good negotiation skills. Could be more transparent re: fees. Original price quoted increased by nearly $1000 when i received final account from Conveyencer. I wasnt informed as to why. Overall a professional, helpful process, despite challenges with the settlement date.

With some red tape of dealing with an estate and having to wait on others to authorise, verify, sign off etc.... and navigating difficult family members, Abraham was calm, understanding & very patient .
