We used Simon to list and sell an investment property for us. To say the least, we weren't disappointed. Simon had provided us with a potential sales price range which, in the end, he exceeded. He communicated proactively with us throughout the process, never leaving us wondering 'What's going on??'. He did a great job of working respectfully with the on-site property manager (the unit was in a gated community) and with the tenants so as to ensure a smooth process leading up to and including the listing of the property.
