We recently sold our home in Sydney’s north west with Sarah, Andy and the team at Uniland Real Estate, and honestly, we could not be happier with the result. Despite a very challenging market, our property achieved a record result for the area, which still feels unbelievable to us. From day one, Sarah was incredibly dedicated and hands-on. She gave us valuable advice on renovation, styling and presentation, and personally helped with so many details throughout the campaign. Communication was also excellent — Sarah and her team constantly updated us with buyer feedback, inspection numbers and market reactions, so we always knew exactly where things stood. What made the result even more impressive was the timing. Later that evening, I saw Sydney’s clearance rate for 16 May was only around 52%, compared with around 70% during the same period last year and earlier this year. In such a difficult market, what Uniland achieved for us was truly remarkable. We are sincerely grateful and genuinely impressed.
