She has a extensive network of tradesmen that she could recommend to fix items, from window washers to electricians. Our house was published on the web and after the first weekend on show secured acceptable offers within a day. She provided great insight in the pros and cons of each offer and renegotiated until we were satisfied with an outcome. We were never pressured in taking any offer. She let us decide in our own time which we highly appreciated! We would strongly recommend her and her team to anyone who wishes to sell!
