I met Phoebe at an open home almost 2 years ago. I mentioned that we were renovating Phoebe offered to take a look with a view to making suggestions which was very helpful. Phoebe maintained regular contact to see how we were progressing. As we drew nearer to completion Phoebe revisited the property to provide a pricing guide and suggestions regarding timing of a proposed sale. While waiting for this time to arrive, some ideal purchasers became known to her and she asked if it would be possible to show the purchasers through our property. The couple decided to proceed with an offer to which we agreed. Very very seamless transaction due to thanks to expert market knowledge, close communication with all parties involved and kind communication at all times. I would also like to comment on the excellent team within Peterswalds which assisted everything coming together.
