Patrice is very professional and communicated with us throughout the whole process. Buying a house is always stressful but with Patrice we found the whole process was very smooth, her knowledge of the market was amazing, she worked to find a house that was exactly what we were looking for, plus her skills were evident when negotiating on a fair price for both parties. Patrice went above and beyond for us, making sure the lawns were mowed and house cleaned professionally before we took ownership. I would not hesitate to recommend Patrice to anyone who is looking at selling or buying - she was amazing and the bottle of champagne was greatly appreciated - thumbs up.

We recently sold our house with Simone and couldn’t have asked for a better or more supportive agent.
