Jake is pretty much the only real estate agent that I would trust with the sale of any property. I’ve known him for quite a few years and he has now sold two houses for us and provided stellar advice on the purchase of our new family home. Jake is always extremely straightforward and I can rely on him to provide his no BS opinion on any question I can think to ask him. He has a pretty great depth of knowledge of the Canberra market in general and I don’t think anyone can match him on his experience with property in the Belco area. He has a fantasy agent and I can’t recommend him enough.
