I was particularly impressed with the continuous updates and correspondence between Kim and the buyer and Her conveyancing team. What started as a very straight forward sale got a little bit tricky in regards the buyers situation and things looked a bit grim for a while. Kim was able to negotiate and navigate all these issues and bring things back on track and enable a great sale result. All around great effort.
