After speaking with and contacting every agent in the Bega Valley district, we decided upon Grant Holman to find the right house for us. The right house for us was not on the market and Grant set about approaching the owners of the homes we identified as being of potential interest. This is no easy or pleasant task. Luckily, we were able to quickly identify the perfect house and although it was not on the market, Grant set about negotiating the successful purchase for us. Grant is thoroughly reliable, always punctual, did what he said he would do each and every time, returned calls promptly and displayed integrity at all times. We are delighted with the service he provided and I could not recommend him highly enough. He is not only the consummate professional, but also a very nice person. He is a rare breed in this day and age.

James was absolutely fantastic. He was very helpful answering all questions about the property and the area, answering all calls and emails, helping to find local businesses to have the reports done. Additionally, he went extra mile for the pre-settlement house maintenance. The role of an agent is to primarily represent the vendor of their listed property at an agreed price with the vendor, set to match the market. The agent also has to navigate the opposing direction on pricing that a buyer sees as the value of which the price should be in the market and they are prepared to pay. Trevor has the personality, communication skills and presentation to navigate the representations of both parties to let an agreement on a sale/purchase be found or not. For us following the agreement to purchase he assisted us as the buyer presenting any question or concern we had to the vendor during the lead up to settlement and hand over.
