It was the next-level thing and a deciding factor in selling our property. Suburbia team set up a WhatsApp group and posted updates almost daily. They were super responsive to our queries and answered them literally within seconds! They were available for phone calls too. We think their comms strategy is fantastic. They also gave us access to a private portal which recorded people who made queries or went to open homes and their level of interest. Aaron was methodical in following through with inspections. They managed to get very good interest in our property and we are very happy with the sale. It could not go more smoothly than this.
