Mark Lamer delivered exactly what he promised. He undertook a detailed analysis of comparable properties before we engaged him (which was much more realistic than some of competitors), and we ultimately sold for exactly what he estimated our apartment was worth. Mark and his team did a great job in helping get the property ready for sale, and he kept us well-informed after every open-for-inspection so that we knew exactly what level of interest the property was attracting. As a result, we felt well informed when deciding whether to accept a pre-auction offer. Mark has strong views about how the sale process should be conducted, but he achieved a sale at the price point and within the timeframe that he specified despite a tough and falling market. We were happy with both the process and result.

Christine is an excellent agent! I sought her out given the amazing reviews about her. All the positive things said about her are true! She delivers results where it matters most which, in my opinion, is the marketing phase. She knows her craft and can read the market very well. Beneath that elegant veneer and class act is an agent that has set the bar high for all other agents in Canberra. My only regret, I wish I found her years ago when we sold other properties in town. I highly recommend Christine and will definitely use her services again!
