In any event, the price ultimately realised was considerably better than I had expected. Stewart impressed with his professionalism and communication style, making me happy that I had chosen C21 Sutherland to market my unit, after years of having rented out the unit through C21 Sutherland/Cronulla as well (with thanks to Yulia and Amy).
