When we decided it was time to sell our home in Preston Beach, we knew we needed real estate professionals who would not only achieve an exceptional result but also guide us with care, integrity, and absolute commitment. From the very first interaction, Simon Goodwin and Yuliio Manko of Ray White Mandurah exceeded every expectation we had. What unfolded over the weeks that followed was not just a property sale, but a truly world‑class service experience — one that combined deep market expertise, tireless dedication, and an authentic sense of partnership. Our introduction to Simon and Yuliio came through the highly regarded reputation of Ray White Mandurah. Even before the first meeting, we’d heard their names spoken with respect by locals who had experienced their professionalism firsthand. When we met them in person, we were struck by: • Genuine warmth: They took the time to learn about us, our reasons for selling, and our goals — not just financial ones, but also our timing, personal priorities, and even our emotional connection to the property. • Confidence without arrogance: They presented their credentials and market insights in a way that was reassuring yet humble. It was clear they let results speak for themselves. • Clarity of process: From day one, they explained exactly how they would approach marketing, open homes, negotiations, and settlement. Nothing was vague, nothing was rushed. That first meeting left us with no doubt: these were the professionals we wanted representing us. One of the standout elements of Simon and Yuliio’s service was their meticulous attention to presentation. Selling a home is part art, part science — and they master both. Throughout this phase, their communication was proactive and encouraging. They respected our time, our budget, and our emotional attachment to the home, ensuring changes felt right for us. Highly recommend these agents as a power couple that brings great results.

Sheryl has sold a number of properties for us and we couldn't recommend her more highly. She invariably works professionally in the client's best interest and is a reliable source of information and knowledge. She is frequently prepared to go that extra mile to ensure that things get completed on time and satisfactorily, while at all times maintaining excellent and reliable communication. Importantly, she demonstrates the quality that everyone looks for in a real estate agent, trust. We are happy to support this reference at any time.

Great link between vendor / buyer , cut through what could have been a difficult transaction to achieve a good result for both vendor and buyer. Have no issues in recommending to potential vendors.
