Selling my family home has been an emotional time for me but having Stephanie do all the hard work for me and lead me through the process has been an amazing experience...kind...thoughtful and patient lol..i couldn't and wouldn't have done it with anyone else ❤

When I asked Steph for an appraisal on my house she immediately set a date to come and have a look. She gave me a realistic and very accurate idea of the value of my house. Once it was listed it was under offer within a week for more than I expected. Everything around the sale has been smooth although I'm still a little in shock at how fast it all went. She was also very good at the after care with building inspections and didn't hesitate to support the process regardless of what day of the week it was.

Communication was excellent and was very nice and easy to talk to. She was happy to answer any questions i had. I would recommend.
